  Ok, let me see if I got this right because I want to be a good example and follow the Bible.

  David has someone kill Uriah, (sort of like something the mob would do) then he steals his wife Bathsheba. She becomes pregnant and her first son dies, (poor bastard) the second son is named Solomon and he is given the Kingdom, Godly Wisdom, Gold in abundance and 1000 wives and concubines. Bathsheba becomes part of the linage of Jesus Christ. So everyone is blessed

  Next example; David counts people and Jehovah kills 70,000 people who had no idea that they were dying because David counted them.

  Moral of the story; find some good looking sister, get her pregnant, hire a hit man to kill her husband and you will be blessed.

  And whatever you do, “Don’t count anyone”

  so, like every year, there's a campaign going on about giving people convention invites and urging them to attend the convention.

  what an utterly moronic waste of time.

  we live 500+ kilometers away from the convention hall.

  My Story of Waking Up - in retrospect

  so, many of y'all know bits and pieces of my story of waking up, but i thought it might be nice to have it all in one place.. i was baptized at 11, auxiliary pioneered every summer, regular pioneer at 17, ministerial servant by 19, then went to bethel for a year.. i always had minor doubts from time to time, but nothing serious.

  always dismissed doubts and decided to "just have faith.".

  after leaving bethel, i was never really firing on all cylinders "spiritually speaking.

  Yep, 587 did it for me to. Everything else was like water on a duck. It didn't phase me. It seems like the 607 vs 587 is a big shaker. If you don't wake up after thoroughly researching the information without bias, you will never wake up.

  Does Bruce Jenner (Caitlyn) qualify for Baptism?

  im not sure if bruce had a sex operation but lets say someone did have a sex operation and then studied with the witnesses and wanted to get baptized, would he qualify in todays jw world?

  could he have privileges?

  the bible says the past cant be held against you, once you accept the truth.

  The answer I got, mid 90s, was that a reverse transition would be expected -

  I guess there's only one way to find out the current view for 2015, I'm gonna have to call up an elder and ask what their view is today.

  That's crazy!
